I am writing to recommend Ms. Noémie Tapie. As an assistant professor at Aalto University, I had
the pleasure of supervising Ms. Tapie’s master’s thesis during her studies
in Human-Computer Interaction and Design in 2024.
During her thesis, she demonstrated exceptional analytical skills and a
proactive approach to complex, interdisciplinary challenges. She conducted a user-centered research, designed an interactive prototype based
on the insights of her research, successfully evaluated the prototype with
participants, as well as engaged in applying psychological and design
theories to Human-Computer interaction.
Ms. Tapie also excelled in practical aspects of software design. She
independently developed a design for interfaces targeted at optimizing
sustainability. For this, she conducted user studies and used a variety
of design methods. Her excellent communication skills were further evident in her active collaboration with Thales. Notably, Ms. Noémie Tapie’s
strong organizational skills allowed her to manage a complex thesis and
meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Her dedication and
ability to translate research insights into actionable outcomes would align
well with the responsibilities outlined in any position, such as clarifying user
requirements and analyzing system performance.
In summary, Ms. Noémie Tapie’s research expertise, technical abilities,
